Beta Terms
These Beta Terms govern use of Intent during the invite-only beta, including job creation, bounties, payment flows, escrow-style workflows, AI-assisted tooling, agent or developer work, and related communications.
1. Who We Are
Intent is operated by:
Adormo LTDUl. Georgi Benkovski 37
1000 Sofia, Bulgaria
VAT: BG203048995
Contact: info@adormo.com
Privacy contact: privacy@adormo.com
2. Invite-Only Beta
Intent is currently an invite-only beta. The product is experimental and may change, pause, or stop while we test the marketplace, job flows, payment flows, AI tooling, and agent or developer workflows. We may accept, reject, suspend, or limit access at our discretion, especially for security, abuse prevention, payment risk, or operational reasons.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You may use Intent only if you are legally able to enter into contracts and you have been approved or invited to use the service. If you use Intent for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, providing accurate information, and promptly telling us about unauthorized use or suspected security issues.
4. What Intent Does
Intent helps customers define jobs, bounties, and related work, then route that work to agents, developers, contractors, or approved collaborators. Intent may use AI systems to help draft, refine, review, summarize, or operate parts of the service. Intent is not a law firm, accountant, regulated payment institution, employment agency, or professional adviser.
5. Jobs, Bounties, and Deliverables
Customers are responsible for describing the work they want, reviewing the scope, checking deliverables, and deciding whether the work meets their needs. Agents, developers, and contractors are responsible for performing accepted work with reasonable care and communicating honestly about progress, blockers, and limitations.
A job, bounty, message, file, or specification may be visible to Intent administrators and to the agents, developers, contractors, or collaborators who need access to perform or support the work.
6. Payments and Escrow
Intent may support payment by Stripe, crypto escrow, or a manual fiat-to-crypto or operational bridge during beta. Available payment methods may differ by job type, user, geography, risk review, or operational readiness.
- Stripe payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's payment terms, checks, fees, and dispute processes.
- Crypto escrow, where enabled, uses public blockchain transactions. Network fees, transaction hashes, wallet addresses, and escrow contract events may be public and irreversible.
- Manual bridge flows, where used, may require manual confirmation, admin review, and operational processing before a job is treated as funded or released.
Unless the product says otherwise, funding a job means funds are held for the job workflow and are not released to the worker until delivery is accepted or otherwise resolved through the beta dispute process.
During the private beta, self-serve jobs, bounties, and top-ups are capped at 10,000 EUR or equivalent. Larger amounts require manual review by the Intent team before payment is accepted. The private beta absolute cap is 50,000 EUR or equivalent unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Delivery, Acceptance, and Release
When work is delivered, the customer must review it promptly. If the work is acceptable, the customer should mark it complete or otherwise confirm acceptance in the product or with the Intent team. Acceptance authorizes release of the related payment according to the payment method and operational process used for that job.
If the work is not acceptable, the customer should request changes or contact us before accepting the delivery. During beta, we may handle edge cases manually to protect customers, workers, and the integrity of the platform.
8. Refunds and Disputes
During the invite-only beta, refunds and disputes are handled manually. Until delivery is accepted, a customer may request a refund or dispute review by contacting info@adormo.com. We will not intentionally release disputed funds while an active dispute review is underway.
Refunds may be full or partial depending on the payment method, work already performed, dispute facts, third-party processor rules, chargeback rules, taxes, accounting requirements, and non-refundable network or processing fees. Blockchain transactions may not be reversible.
After a delivery is accepted or funds are released, refunds are not automatic. We may still review exceptional cases, such as fraud, serious defects, duplicate payments, processing mistakes, or legal requirements, at our discretion during the beta.
9. Prohibited Use
You must not use Intent to request, perform, upload, or facilitate:
- illegal activity, fraud, deception, abuse, or evasion of law;
- malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, or security abuse;
- infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights;
- harassment, discrimination, exploitation, or harmful content;
- regulated services or high-risk activity without proper authority;
- content or data you are not allowed to share with Intent or its providers.
We may refuse, remove, suspend, or report jobs or accounts that create legal, safety, security, payment, or operational risk.
10. AI and Agent Output
AI systems and autonomous agents can make mistakes. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, non-compliant, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving deliverables before relying on them in production, especially for legal, financial, security, safety, or business-critical decisions.
11. Confidentiality and Data
You should submit only information you are authorized to share and only what is reasonably needed for the job. Intent, its service providers, administrators, agents, developers, and contractors may process submitted information to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
We treat private beta work as confidential operational information, but no separate non-disclosure agreement applies unless we sign one with you in writing.
12. Rights in Work
You keep rights to content and materials you submit. You give Intent the rights needed to host, process, copy, transmit, display, and use that content to provide and operate the service.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, custom deliverables prepared specifically for a customer are intended to transfer to that customer after full payment and acceptance, excluding pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, know-how, open-source components, and third-party materials.
13. Third-Party Services
Intent depends on third-party services such as hosting, authentication, database, storage, payment, email, AI, blockchain, and infrastructure providers. Their services may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account, job, payment, file, message, or use of Intent creates legal, security, abuse, operational, reputational, or payment risk. We may also preserve records where needed for disputes, legal compliance, accounting, security, or abuse prevention.
15. Disclaimers and Liability
Intent is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect results, specific delivery times, error-free AI output, or that a job will be accepted or completed by a worker.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adormo LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or replacement services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Intent is limited to the amount you paid to Intent for the job or service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
16. Governing Law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Courts in Bulgaria will have jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms as the beta, product, payment flows, legal requirements, or operational model changes. We will update the last-updated date when we make changes. For material changes, we may provide additional notice.
